Introduction

The Proyecto WWW was born on October 6, 2008 and is hosted in Blogger (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States).
Web design adapts to the following objectives: Simplicity, Consistency, Robustness and Identity. Complementing the technical aspects, with the artistic design and the content.
The header is made up of four elements, used to represent: 1°) The Proyecto WWW (its logo); 2°) The thinking brain (the thinker or planner); 3°) Knowledge (the platform); and 4°) The activation or the start-up (athlete).
A DNS resolution service provided by CDmon is used.
The domain “proyectowww.com.ar” was approved by NIC Argentina on November 8, 2012.
Its development has as its goal: Disseminate ideas and proposals, which are characterized by their proximity to the needs of the citizen; provide a space for the resolution of specific problems (linked, particularly, to the Administration of Justice); and promote the development of art, science, the quality of democracy and culture.

Goals or purposes

The goals or purposes of carrying out the Proyecto WWW:

«Contribute ideas, proposals, knowledge and tools that allow improving decision-making in the face of specific problems».

«Promote the development of art, science, the quality of democracy and culture».

«Collaborate in the development and strengthening of critical and rational thinking; independent discernment and interest in knowledge».

Objectives

The specific objectives, intended to achieve the goals or purposes of the Proyecto WWW:

Objectives aimed at achieving the first goal

Goal: «Contribute ideas, proposals, knowledge and tools that allow improving decision-making in the face of specific problems».
Objective: Create the «Law» and «Computing» sections.».

Among the elements intended for this purpose, the following stand out::


• Legal issues involved in the claim to collect a non-existent or unenforceable debt, linked to a consumer relationship.
• The use and exhibition of photographs without the consent of the person portrayed. The right to one's own image. legal protection.
• Comments regarding the sale of a used car.

Objectives aimed at achieving the second goal

Goal: «Promote the development of art, science, the quality of democracy and culture».

Objective: Design the page “Events of cultural interest”.

Ads linked to cultural events (Visual Arts, Ballet/Dance, Comedy, Musical, Sports, Educational, Festival, Literary, etc.).


Objective: Create the «Art» section.

Through it, works of “Digital Art” are exhibited, developed by the author from the use of certain techniques of “Digital Image Processing”. Like all the images contained in the Proyecto WWW, they are protected by the use contract. Some of them may have a version intended for sale (outside the Proyecto WWW, for this purpose you can contact the author).


Objective: Add the category “Painting, literature, music”, to the links of interest.

Objective: Expose a topic related to the improvement of the “Quality of Democracy” in an orderly and comprehensive manner. Promote a related action.

Has been carried out:

• The problem of corruption. Ideas for real change (political, social and economic).
• Social Anticorruption Agreement.

Objectives aimed at achieving the third goal

Goal: «Collaborate in the development and strengthening of critical and rational thinking; independent discernment and interest in knowledge».
Objective: Choose the first content related to the purpose, in the links of interest.

The category “Science” and the first link to the site with associated content are created.
