Goals and purposes of Proyecto WWW: Independent space for artistic creation, literary analysis, technical divulgation, online tools, and photography. Bilingual content since 2008.

Goals or purposes

Vision, scope, and objectives of Proyecto WWW

1. Overview

Proyecto WWW was born on October 6, 2008, and is an independent space for creating and sharing artistic, literary, technical, and legal content, developed with personal dedication from then to the present. It arises from the conviction that knowledge, art, and critical reflection should be accessible, rigorous, and free from commercial conditioning.

This project brings together multiple disciplines that, although diverse, share a common thread: exploring the human experience through different expressive and analytical languages. From photography and digital art, through poetry, short stories, and literary analysis, to technical divulgation on contemporary technologies and practical tools for professionals, each section contributes a unique perspective to the whole.

The web design adapts to the following objectives: Simplicity, Consistency, Robustness, and Identity, complementing technical aspects with artistic design and content. The domain "proyectowww.com.ar" was approved by NIC Argentina on November 8, 2012, and a DNS resolution service provided by CDmon is used.

1.1. The original heading: identity and cognitive effort

The original heading of the project was composed of four representative elements: 1st) Proyecto WWW (its logo); 2nd) The thinking brain (the thinker or planner); 3rd) Knowledge (the platform); and 4th) Activation or startup (athlete). This composition was subsequently simplified for usability reasons, but its meaning remains valid in the project's identity.

From the perspective of cognitive neuroscience, the sustained effort, time, and dedication invested in each element of the project are linked to deep processing processes. The incorporation of SVG graphics into the Blogger header —with the optimization of size, cross-browser compatibility, and visual coherence that this entailed— represents a concrete example of rigorous technical work. This type of cognitive effort, far from being trivial, contributes to consolidating the project's visual identity and reinforces the commitment to quality that characterizes it.

2. Fundamental goals and purposes

The goals or purposes of Proyecto WWW are three fundamental axes that guide all development:

1 Provide ideas, proposals, knowledge, and tools that allow improving decision-making when facing specific problems, particularly those related to Justice Administration and citizen needs.

2 Promote the development of art, science, quality of democracy, and culture, facilitating access to educational resources, cultural events, and valuable content for society.

3 Collaborate in the development and strengthening of critical and rational thinking, independent discernment, and interest in knowledge, fostering a more informed and participatory citizenry.

3. Specific objectives and tools
3.1. To achieve the first goal: Ideas and practical tools

The sections "Law" and "Informatics" have been created with articles that address relevant legal and technical issues for citizens and professionals. There are articles awaiting update and translation on legal issues involved in the claim for collection of a non-existent or unenforceable debt linked to a consumer relationship, the right to one's own image and its legal protection, and legal aspects of purchasing a used vehicle. Their review is part of the work plan and will be carried out progressively.

Online tools developed:

1 Dynamic CSS unit converter: Allows converting different units used in CSS, such as pixels, em, rem, percentages. This tool is currently in the review and translation stage, so it is not available at this time. The user can check the status of its availability at any time through the online tools page.

2 HEED - HTML entities encoder/decoder: Converts special characters into their corresponding HTML entities and vice versa, with customizable modes (only reserved characters, characters outside printable ASCII, or all characters). Ensures compatibility and correct display in browsers. Fundamental tool for programmers and web developers.

3 HEXRGBAGen - RGBA and Hexadecimal Calculator with Graphic Bars: Converts color values between RGBA and Hexadecimal formats, visually displaying colors through interactive graphic bars. Allows selecting exact and harmonious colors, facilitating visualization and adjustment of opacities and tones. Ideal for designers, photographers, and branding specialists.

The updated status of all tools can be consulted on the dedicated page, where the availability and development status of each one is transparently reported.

3.2. To achieve the second goal: Art, science, and culture

The Cultural events of interest page has been designed, bringing together announcements linked to international cultural events (Visual Arts, Ballet/Dance, Comedy, Musical, Sports, Educational, Festival, Literary, etc.) in countries such as Argentina, Germany, Canada, Spain, United States, France, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, and United Kingdom. This page is currently in the updating process, with the aim of extending the visualization of events not only from its dedicated URL, but also integrating them into the Sidebar and Bottombar, adapting according to screen resolution or display mode (landscape or portrait), occupying the space currently allocated to the "Representing ideas" section.

The "Art" section has been created where Digital Art works developed using Digital Image Processing techniques are exhibited. The categories of links of interest have been expanded in Art, literature, music (including international museums such as the Louvre, the Prado, the Metropolitan, national libraries, and platforms like Jamendo) and in Science (with resources such as CONICET, Cochrane Library, Human Connectome Project, PubMed, Science, and Scientific American).

Topics related to improving the "Quality of Democracy" have been exposed in an orderly and comprehensive manner. The article The problem of corruption. Ideas for a true change (political, social, and economic) stands out, serving as an example of the standard of thorough analysis that is intended to be progressively applied to the rest of the project's articles on topics of social, cultural, and legal interest. The Anti-Corruption Social Agreement is also part of this axis.

3.3. To achieve the third goal: Critical thinking and knowledge

Articles related to independent discernment have been developed, such as the distinction between the concepts of conceptual possibilities, real possibilities, and realities, currently pending update and translation. Categories of links of interest have been added in Education and courses (Khan Academy, Coursera, Edx, Codecademy), Virtual libraries and Spanish grammar (Project Gutenberg, Wikipedia, Miguel de Cervantes Virtual Library, RAE Dictionary), and Philosophy (including resources on Mario Bunge, PhilPapers, Scientific Philosophy, and Metatheoria).

4. Project sections

4.2. Literature: Poems and Short Stories

This section brings together original literary creation accompanied by critical analyses that explore the formal, thematic, and emotional dimensions of each text. Both poems and short stories are addressed, with an approach that combines creative sensitivity with analytical rigor. Recently, the Short Stories sub-section has been incorporated, expanding the literary scope of the project toward short narrative.

Featured works with bilingual version:

1 Insigne Horizon / Horizonte Insigne: A poem of contemporary vulnerability where cosmic longing becomes human. Organic meter, tactile imagery, and a structural question that transforms love's epic into uncertain germination.

2 Masks of Prestige / Máscaras de prestigio: A poem of moral and conceptist tradition that explores the fracture between appearance and essence. Epistemological warning about how we read others and the world.

3 Tearing the Veil of Stillness / Rasgando el Velo de la Quietud: Poetic denunciation of repetitive rhetoric and empty speech. Silence as temporary cure that builds echoes until bursting into unstoppable memories.

4 Lighthouse of Memories / Faro de Recuerdos: A lunar elegy that turns the moon into an emotional beacon of memory. Poetics of accompanied solitude and remembered love under nocturnal light.

5 Dust and Dreams Generation / Generación de polvo y sueños: Nostalgic poem portraying Rioplatense childhood as ephemeral wild adventure. Generational memory poetics with Argentine cultural roots.

6 The Tank's Curb / La cota del tanque (Short Stories section): Short story set in an Argentine farmstead in the early 20th century. A teenage girl discovers her father's partner's betrayal and must choose between revealing the truth or protecting her little sister's childhood.

4.3. Technical Divulgation

Section dedicated to accessible analysis of contemporary technologies, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates technical, ethical, and social aspects. It seeks to democratize knowledge about tools that impact daily life.

Featured article with bilingual version:

  • When AI Watches You: Data, Profiling, and Privacy / Cuando la IA te observa: datos, perfilado y privacidad: Technical and accessible analysis of how generative AIs register interactions, infer behavioral patterns, and process user data. Interdisciplinary focus with social psychology, digital privacy, and system architecture, updated with scientific evidence on mental health and AI ethics.
5. Commitment to quality and work methodology

Every content published in Proyecto WWW goes through a rigorous process of creation, review, and editing. Depth is prioritized over quantity, precision over immediacy, and reflection over superficiality. This commitment implies longer production times, but guarantees that each article, poem, image, analysis, or tool provides genuine value to those who consult it.

Quality over quantity is not just a phrase, but a concrete practice that defines the rhythm and identity of the project.

This commitment implies that all articles in the project will be progressively updated and translated, following a planned and sustained work methodology over time. Some articles published on the English subdomain (proyectowww-en.blogspot.com) are currently kept in Spanish, awaiting their respective update and translation. This responds to a content correlation methodology: the aim is to maintain structural equivalence between the English version and the Spanish version of Proyecto WWW, so that each language offers the same set of sections and articles.

The update and translation of pending articles will be carried out in due course, according to time availability, but will undoubtedly be done, since that is the defined work plan. The article The problem of corruption constitutes an example of the standard of thorough and rigorous analysis that is intended to be achieved and maintained in the remaining articles of the project.

6. Bilingual scope and continuous development

Since its inception, Proyecto WWW has maintained a parallel version in Spanish, available at www.proyectowww.com.ar. This decision responds to the conviction that knowledge and art transcend linguistic borders, and to the importance of facilitating access to global audiences.

Translation is not a mechanical process, but a careful rewriting that seeks to preserve not only the literal meaning, but also the tone, rhythm, and cultural subtleties of each text. This is especially relevant in poetry and literary analysis, where translation decisions directly impact the reader's experience.

Note on updates: The articles mentioned on this page are those that have a complete bilingual version (Spanish and English), which indicates that they have been updated and translated. There are other contents in the various sections that are in the process of review, updating, or translation, and that will be gradually incorporated following the established work plan.

Proyecto WWW is a work in constant evolution. The commitment to excellence means that not all content is published simultaneously. It is preferred to release material when it is completely polished, rather than rushing publications that do not meet the project's standards.
